It is with great delight and enthusiasm to be of service to the University, especially within the alliance of an incredibly supportive local government, the City of Santa Rosa (Laguna), who provides immeasurable support for PUP Santa Rosa.

Since 2003, PUP Santa Rosa Campus has become an established Higher Education Institution in the heart of the “Lion City of the South” and has become one of those which help transmute the city toward Cityhood in 2004.

This Campus is one of the premier legacies of its late city mayor, Hon. Leon C. Arcillas, who was indeed comparable to a lion, had bounteously provided a way en route for quality education not just among the Rosenian residents, but also among those who live in nearby towns.

PUP Santa Rosa Campus is continuously producing Licensed Professionals in the field of Accountancy, Education, Engineering, and Psychology and has been actively providing competent graduates in Engineering, Business and Information Technology.

On its 21st glorious existence, from its humble beginnings, PUPSRC grew and expand over the years. The envisioned long-term development plan for the school was at some point attained in the campus including the track of the growth of the institution in terms of the graduates and passers in the offered board program. This became the mark of quality for the institution as one of the productive LGU funded Campus in the City of Santa Rosa producing qualified and efficient graduates.
